La forte consommation d\u2019eau et d\u2019\u00e9nergie r\u00e9sultant de nos pratiques quotidiennes contribue de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 l\u2019impact environnemental, en surexploitant les ressources naturelles et en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des \u00e9missions de polluants atmosph\u00e9riques (CO<sub>2<\/sub>).\r\n\r\nLes\u00a0<strong>processus de lavage du linge<\/strong>\u00a0sont des processus \u00e9nergivores et hydrovores, de sorte que la conception de nouveaux syst\u00e8mes de lavage pens\u00e9s pour agir \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature aura un effet majeur sur la<strong>\u00a0r\u00e9duction de l\u2019impact environnemental<\/strong>.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<blockquote><strong><em>\u201cR\u00e9duire de 3\u00a0\u00b0C la temp\u00e9rature moyenne de lavage en Europe, c\u2019est \u00e9conomiser l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de la consommation annuelle d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 de plus de 300\u00a0000\u00a0habitants.\u201d <sup>(1)<\/sup><\/em><\/strong><\/blockquote>\r\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0c225e;\"><strong>Processus de lavage du linge<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\r\nLe lavage du linge est le processus de lavage con\u00e7u pour \u00e9liminer efficacement les salissures incrust\u00e9es dans les tissus.\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-16026 \" title=\"lavado a baja temperatura\" src=\"https:\/\/www.proquimia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Diagrama-de-sinner-300x249.png\" alt=\"lavado a baja temperatura\" width=\"295\" height=\"245\" \/>\r\n\r\nAu cours de ce processus de lavage, les salissures sont \u00e9limin\u00e9es en combinaison et en optimisant les quatre facteurs suivants, qui influent directement sur le processus de lavage\u00a0: Action chimique, action m\u00e9canique, temp\u00e9rature et dur\u00e9e. En revanche, il n\u2019est pas recommand\u00e9 d\u2019intensifier l\u2019<u>action m\u00e9canique<\/u>\u00a0(rotation du tambour, frotter avant de laver en machine, etc.), car si celle-ci est excessive, elle peut alt\u00e9rer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des tissus, en d\u00e9t\u00e9riorant leur apparence (d\u00e9coloration, bouloches) et en r\u00e9duisant leur dur\u00e9e de vie utile, ni de prolonger la\u00a0<u>dur\u00e9e<\/u>, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter de nuire \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du processus.\r\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0c225e;\"><strong>Lavages \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\r\nLa n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de<strong>\u00a0r\u00e9duire la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie associ\u00e9e<\/strong>\u00a0au processus de lavage du linge s\u2019est traduite par la mise au point de nouveaux syst\u00e8mes de lavage capables d\u2019\u00e9liminer les salissures \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, \u00e0 travers des cycles de lavage courts, en r\u00e9duisant la consommation d\u2019eau, et tout en offrant une protection maximale des tissus.\r\n\r\nCes syst\u00e8mes de lavage sont bas\u00e9s sur des\u00a0<strong>produits d\u00e9tergents enzymatiques<\/strong>, associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des agents de blanchiment sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour agir \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature.\r\n<h3><strong>D\u00e9tergents enzymatiques<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nLes d\u00e9tergents enzymatiques incorporent des enzymes qui\u00a0<strong>agissent comme des catalyseurs dans l\u2019\u00e9limination des salissures d\u2019origine biologique,<\/strong>\u00a0telles que les taches de sang, de lait, d\u2019\u0153uf, de sauce, entre autres. Ils contribuent \u00e0 briser les mol\u00e9cules de salet\u00e9 en fragments plus petits et plus solubles, et donc, plus faciles \u00e0 \u00e9liminer dans le bain de lavage.\r\n\r\nLes\u00a0<strong>enzymes les plus couramment utilis\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0pour le lavage du linge sont les suivants\u00a0:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong><u>Prot\u00e9ases\u00a0:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Enzymes qui agissent sp\u00e9cifiquement contre les taches d\u2019origine prot\u00e9ique. Par exemple\u00a0: pomme de terre, riz, p\u00e2tes ou bouillie.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong><u>Lipases\u00a0:<\/u>\u00a0<\/strong>Enzymes qui agissent sp\u00e9cifiquement contre les huiles et les graisses d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et animale.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong><u>Mannanases\u00a0:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Enzymes qui agissent contre les taches de chocolat, d\u2019\u00e9paississants, de sauces, entre autres.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong><u>Pectinases:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Enzymes qui agissent contre les taches de tomate, de banane, de yaourt, etc.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nLes cellulases, des enzymes qui agissent sur les fibres de coton pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la blancheur des tissus et pr\u00e9venir le boulochage, sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9s.\r\n\r\nEn cons\u00e9quence, outre leur action sp\u00e9cifique et s\u00e9lective sur les diff\u00e9rents types de salissures pour lesquels ils sont con\u00e7us, les enzymes permettent d\u2019obtenir une action synergique au niveau de la d\u00e9tergence primaire et secondaire, qui permet \u00e9galement d\u2019\u00e9liminer efficacement d\u2019autres types de salissures d\u2019origine tr\u00e8s diverse.\r\n<h3><strong>Agents de blanchiment \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nLes\u00a0<strong>agents de blanchiment<\/strong>\u00a0sont des\u00a0<strong>compos\u00e9s chimiques oxydants<\/strong>\u00a0qui non seulement agissent efficacement contre les salissures sensibles \u00e0 l\u2019oxydation, comme les taches de vin, de th\u00e9 ou de caf\u00e9, mais permettent aussi de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la blancheur du linge (notamment en ce qui concerne les tissus en coton). En outre, leur haut pouvoir oxydant leur conf\u00e8re une action antibact\u00e9rienne qui r\u00e9duit la charge de micro-organismes et garantit une hygi\u00e8ne optimale des tissus.\r\n\r\nLe<strong>\u00a0chlore<\/strong>\u00a0(hypochlorite de sodium \u2013 eau de Javel) a \u00e9t\u00e9 traditionnellement l\u2019un des agents chimiques de blanchiment les plus utilis\u00e9s, et il est encore largement utilis\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui, en raison de son faible co\u00fbt et de son haut pouvoir de blanchiment \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature. Cependant, le chlore pr\u00e9sente certains <strong>inconv\u00e9nients<\/strong> majeurs, car il ne peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 qu\u2019avec du linge blanc et son fort pouvoir oxydant, particuli\u00e8rement agressif, entra\u00eene une diminution de la dur\u00e9e de vie des tissus. Comme alternative au chlore, le peroxyde d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement utilis\u00e9 pour l\u2019oxydation du linge de couleur\u00a0; toutefois, il n\u2019est efficace qu\u2019\u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 70\u00a0\u00b0C et implique un co\u00fbt \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e9lev\u00e9.\r\n\r\nEn r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la tendance croissante vers des lavages \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, de<strong>\u00a0nouveaux agents de blanchiment<\/strong>, actifs \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature (environ 40-50\u00a0\u00b0C), ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, comme\u00a0: Acide perac\u00e9tique, percarbonate de sodium (activ\u00e9 par TAED) ou acides perac\u00e9tiques organiques (comme l\u2019acide phtalimidoperoxycapro\u00efque \u2013 PAP).
