Jos\u00e9 Manuel Gil, responsable de l\u2019activit\u00e9 agroalimentaire de l\u2019entit\u00e9 de certification OCA Institut de Certification, pr\u00e9sentera et analysera les principaux changements et les cons\u00e9quences pratiques des nouvelles versions des normes IFS et BRC.<\/p>\n<p>La journ\u00e9e commencera par l\u2019\u00e9laboration de programmes de certification d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire en soulignant l\u2019importance de l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire. La pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019une comparaison des programmes de certification d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne permettra une r\u00e9flexion sur leur int\u00e9gration et dans quelle proportion, puis les exp\u00e9riences faites au niveau de l\u2019audit (points faibles et points forts).
