Proquimia contributed as main sponsor in the second semi-final of the VII edition of the “Cook of the Year” contest and the III edition of the “Waiter of the Year” contest, gastronomic event organized by the Group Caterdata.  

“Cook and Waiter of the Year” contests, with the backing of Chef Martin Berasategui and the support of leading companies in hotel and catering industry are aimed at professionals in this sector who seek to obtain recognition, reputation and to raise the status of their respective professions.

The second semi-final of the competition, held on 17^th May in Madrid, gathered eight cooks and five waiters who competed for a place in the national final next year in Barcelona.
