The global management service PSP designs, plans
and develops new projects which improve hygiene standards, optimising
available resources.
Following this purpose, Proquimia suggest a modular, adaptable and flexible
system: the PSP program (Proquimia Service Partner), which permits to
satisfy all our costumer’s needs related to usage and management
of chemical products used in their facilities, including not only their
own manufacture processes but also product management and water and waste
treatment.
It is Modular because its development is based on 5 specific modules:
- Product and process: avoiding the mere commercial exchange
of a chemical product, this part of the PSP program analyses the costumer
needs in its productive process in order to improve and optimise it,
fitting our products to the features facilities.
- Service: the above mentioned processes need a continuous
supervision of their conditions, which constant quality would be impossible
to assure otherwise. This PSP module offers a personalised, regular
(with a designed periodicity) and flexible service, totally adapted
to process needs and features. In general, this services includes:
- Periodic bath analysis.
- Rinse and waste analysis.
- Periodic water analysis and consumption determination.
- Quality tests according to international rules (ASTM, DIN,
ISO, UNE).
- Consumption tracking and product performance study.
- Engineering: keeping steady work conditions is essential
to obtain a continuous operation and a constant quality finish. To
achieve this objective it is required the installation of automatic
dosage equipment, product application systems, pre-dissolution tanks,
process control systems, which are totally adapted to each process
and product.
- Training: the aforentioned modules do not obtain the highest
efficiency without a suitably trained staff who could have acces to
information related to the process of which they are responsible.
Staff training increases their motivation, efficiency and adaptability
to changes, involing quality improvement, process security and environmental
consciousness increase that reduce its negative impact..
