Proquimia suggests you a modular, adaptable and flexible system: PHP (Proquimia Hygiene Partner).

Modular because its development is based on 5 specific modules:
  1. Hygiene procedures: with specific detergents and desinfectants for each area and installation, depending on the dirt to be eliminated, the application system (manual, automatic, CIP), the material compatibility, the environment, the labour risk prevention, etc.

  2. Hygiene engineering: all the necessary equipment for cleaning process implementation (CIP, SIP, foam spraying), reception, detergent and disinfection products storage and dosage, processes control and track treatment, etc.

  3. Service: related to hygiene processes as parameter control, equipment maintenance, auditing, etc.

  4. Training:continuous and specific training for each apect related to hygiene: hygienic awareness, hygiene processes, microbiology, etc. Suitable and updated to every need of each area.

  5. Hygiene improvement: improvement programs which allow to enhance plant hygienic standards and its related aspects as labour risk prevention increase, cost optimisation, environmental impact and water consumption reduction.
Flexible because it is not necessary to implement this system to the whole plant. Furthermore, it implies module adaptation and implementation timetable for each plant area according to the following parameters:
  • Seasonal nature
  • Specific needs
  • Resources
  • Priorities
Adaptable because it fits the resources availability, which can be carried out both parallel or sequentially in different areas according to the needs.

Usually neither all the plant areas are at the same level nor have the same hygienic needs. There can be areas with training priorities (i. e., a new cleaning system, a new production line, staff increase) and without engineering equipment resources. On the other hand, cleaning and disinfection processes automation improve hygienic results in other areas.

This modular idea allows to optimise available resources and concentrate them in priority areas.
